Digital Liability Waivers
We will be utilizing digital liability waivers. The liability waiver must be completed by the participant and for minors, both the participant and the participant's parent/guardian. Any individual entering the facility is considered to be a participant as we do not have designated spectator areas. Non-riding participants are also required to complete the liability waiver. Each participant must read the entire waiver and sign for themselves.
If a minor is unable to read the waiver and sign due to age (minors 6 and under only), the minor's parent/guardian is responsible for reading and explaining the contents of the waiver to the minor participant. The parent/guardian may sign for the minor only after reading and explaining the waiver contents to the minor.
Adult Waiver
This waiver is for adults, 18 and older.
One waiver is required for each rider. Anyone attending the event with a rider may be added to the waiver.
Staff may ask for photo ID to verify identity and age.
Every adult must sign for themselves, no exceptions.
Fill out the information and sign.
Minor Liability Waiver
This wavier must be completed by both the parent(s)/guardian(s) and the minor(s).
For number of participants select the number of parent/guardians and minors filling out the waiver.
Read the entire waiver.
Fill out required information and sign. If you wish to receive a digital copy of the waiver, ensure that you enter an email.
Multiple minors may be on a single waiver, however, they must sign the minor portion for themselves. Children parents may sign for children 6 and under only after explaining the entire contents of the waiver to their child. The child must understand that motocross is dangerous and can result in serious injury or death.
A parent or guardian must be present at the event regardless of whether this waiver has been signed.
Staff may ask for photo ID for the adult(s) completing this waiver.
