Track Rules

FMX Paradise is a family-oriented facility, we expect individuals to conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with such an environment. Further, we reserve the right to restrict access to the facility for anyone who fails to adhere to our posted rules, acts unsafely, fails to comply with track personal instructions or treats any other member or member of our staff disrespectfully. We have a very low tolerance for anyone who comes to the facility for any reason other than to have fun!

Rules are enforced by all members of our staff. All staff are given the authority to eject riders from the facility for failing to adhere to these rules. If you are ejected from the facility you will not be given a refund and will not be welcome back for a minimum of 30 days. Failure to immediately leave the facility will result in authorities being called.

Rules - General

All participants, including spectators, must sign proper waiver prior to entering the park. All riders must register, sign proper waiver and pay riding fee prior to entering the track and riding.

Anyone who enters the park without signing a waiver is TRESPASSING. Entering the facility without signing a waiver will result in you being both kicked out and barred from the facility for the remainder of the year.

Nobody under the age of 18 may ride or be given a ride on any ORV without a DOT approved helmet. Indiana law requires any minor riding on or operating an ORV to wear a DOT approved helmet.

See the following IN DNR page for more information.

Everyone on premise must adhere to the instructions of track personnel. Failing to do so may result in expulsion from the facility for your entire party.

Mechanics, friends and family members may not go beyond the designated pit area. Children are not allowed in the riding area unless they are registered riders.

Use of alcohol or controlled substances is prohibited. This includes both riders and non-participants. Suspicion of use of these substances may result in expulsion from the facility for your entire party.

Children must be under the immediate supervision of parents at ALL TIMES.

Parents are required to monitor their children and teach them these rules. If you do not want staff to correct your child breaking any rules, you must accompany them at all times and do so yourself.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any physical or verbal altercations between parties. If you have an issue with another individual bring it to the track staff or keep it to yourself. Anyone found to be violating this rule will be immediately asked to leave.

Pack it in - pack it out. As part of our effort to keep costs as low as possible, we do not provide trash receptacles. If it fit in your vehicle on the way to the track, it will fit in your vehicle on the way home. Please do not leave trash on the ground. We have security cameras and reserve the right to publicly shame those who do so.

Track closes at 3 PM Central time on all open ride days.

Rules - Proper Equipment

FMX Paradise is a motocross facility and is not designed for utility quads or utility vehicles. Pit bikes are only allowed at designated pit bike events. Racing quads are only during designated quad days. Only registered riders may operate a dirt bike or ATV on the property.

Minimum Gear Requirements - The following safety gear is required to ride at our facility.

DOT approved helmet
Eye protection
Over the ankle boots
Long sleeve shirt
Pants

Quads - quads must be equipped with working tethers and nerf bars.

Rules - On the Bike

You are solely responsible for inspection the track and ensuring that conditions are safe to ride. If you feel the track is unsafe for any reason, do not ride.

Only registered riders may ride. Mechanics, friends or family members who have not registered and paid to ride may not ride.

First gear idle-speed only in the pits. This includes rides when no other parties are present in the pits. We have to mow and drive in these areas, every minute we spend repairing damage riders have done to the pit area is a minute we cannot spend working on the tracks.

Respect other riders and their abilities. Our facility is focused on community and growth. Give other riders space and do not try to bar bang with another rider. Slower riders hold your line and let the faster riders by. The track is nearly a mile long, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Do not stop on the track. If you need to stop to adjust something, wait for your buddy or whatever pull off of the track and out of traffic.

Ride only on the track, do not ride on the service lanes or infields. This severely degrades our ability to construct and maintain useable watering lanes. If you do pull off of the track, use idle speeds to regain entry after ensuring there is no oncoming traffic.

Riders must enter and exit the track through proper gates.
